STEP-BY-STEP

How to use NextClub

Choose the guide that matches what you are trying to do.

PARENTS / GUARDIANS

Find a club for your child

  1. Create an adult Parent/Guardian account. Enter your own information and date of birth.
  2. Post player availability. Add your child's soccer details, age group, level, position, and general location.
  3. Browse club openings. Filter by age group, level, position, gender, city, or state.
  4. Open a club listing. Review the opportunity and club/coach verification status.
  5. Message through NextClub. Keep the first conversation on-platform so the safety tools can operate.
  6. Share contact details only if you choose. There is no forced contact-info reveal.
  7. Report or block concerns immediately. Use the built-in controls if anything feels inappropriate.
PLAYERS AGES 13–17

Use a guardian-linked account

  1. Create a Player account. Your real date of birth determines which safeguards apply.
  2. Enter a parent/guardian email. NextClub sends that adult a consent link.
  3. Wait for guardian approval. Posting and messaging stay restricted until approval is complete.
  4. Create your soccer listing. Public listings use initials rather than your full name.
  5. Use text-only messaging. Your linked guardian can supervise conversations.
  6. Never keep communication secret. Report any adult who asks for secrecy, inappropriate images, or a private meeting.
CLUBS / COACHES

Find the right player

  1. Create an adult Club/Coach account. Include your organization.
  2. Complete verification. NextClub reviews the account before youth contact and posting are enabled.
  3. Post a roster opening. State age group, level, location, position, and commitment.
  4. Browse available players. Use the roster-board filters to narrow the search.
  5. Message professionally. Keep discussions soccer-related and respect guardian visibility.
  6. Arrange next steps appropriately. Youth tryouts or meetings should involve parent/guardian awareness and normal club safeguarding practices.

What happens if something is flagged?

NextClub may create a safety alert when message patterns suggest grooming, sexual content, secrecy, private meetings, image requests, or other high-risk conduct. A critical alert involving a minor can pause the conversation for human review. Users can also report and block directly.
